Katherine Zadrafi has over 17 years of experience in business development, operations, and leadership roles across the insurance industry. Prior to joining SPGC in 2024, Katherine held senior business development roles at domestic carriers, most recently as a National Account Executive where she managed key relationships and contributed to business growth on a national scale. She has also served as VP Personal Insurance and as Digital Sales and Marketing Manager at a couple of different brokerages. Today, Katherine serves as SVP Business Development at SPGC, where she is responsible for driving growth and fostering strategic partnerships.
