Common questions

A few things to know.

What is My Toys?

My Toys brings together practical boating and off-road recreation resources within MySPG. It helps policyholders care for what they own and prepare questions for their licensed broker. It is not an insurance policy.

Who can validate their MySPG eligibility?

Policyholders with an active Beacon Boat, Motorcycle or Off-road Vehicle policy. My Toys focuses on Boat and Off-road Vehicle policyholders. The validation form checks whether your policy meets the program criteria.

Does owning a personal watercraft mean I qualify?

Ownership alone does not establish eligibility. Use your policy details in the validation form to check whether your policy meets the current MySPG criteria.

How does eligibility validation work?

Enter your policy details in the validation form. If your eligibility is confirmed, you will see a confirmation message and receive the validation result and any next steps by email.

Can I read the guides before validation?

Yes. Public educational resources can be read without validation. Access to restricted partner offers requires confirmed eligibility and is subject to availability and provider terms.

Does validation subscribe me to the newsletter?

The validation form includes a separate, optional choice to receive MySPG newsletters and updates. Your choice does not affect eligibility validation, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Does MySPG change my coverage or handle claims?

No. MySPG resources and partner offers are separate from your insurance policy. Contact your licensed broker for insurance advice and follow your insurer's reporting process for claims.
